DELIVERY
If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped no later than two (2) working days from the date of payment of the invoice in the case of payment according to the invoice or from the day of payment via Paypal or from the submission of the order in the case of cash on delivery or payments with payment cards.
The delivery time in Slovenia for items in stock is usually 2-5 working days. In the event that the product is not in stock, the delivery date is extended, information on availability is shown in the description of each item.
The delivery cost is covered by the buyer.
An undelivered package that is returned to our branch and is the result of a mistake by the buyer and not the courier service, can be resent. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The company Inter-es d.o.o. does not take responsibility for possible delays on the part of the delivery person and does not take responsibility for the loss of the shipment or its damage during transport, nor does we take responsibility for the loss or damage of the product during the return of the product by mail.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND INVOICING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed through or under the same customer account, same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number that you provided when placing the order.
