REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at info@anjadr.com to initiate a refund. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Anja Držanič, Einspielerjeva 18a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept items that you send back to us without first requesting a refund.

Injuries and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift card returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union: 14-day return period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know whether or not the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to the original means of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
